Refund policy

All sales are final.

We only accept exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Requests for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please contact [email protected]  with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If your exchange request is approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return address if applicable.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

We reserve the right to deny exchange requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

  • Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  • European Union 14-day cooling-off period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
